We have a 24 foot 1978 camper with enclosed porch on a quiet private campsite 20 minutes east of Orleans. Less than a 2 minute walk to a man made lake surrounded by lots of sand, great for swimming.
There's running water and a septic (park takes care of this)
Fridge works, stove works, shingles on the roof are in very good condition. Comes with a solar panel, a shed, gazebo, and bbq, $2000 obo
park fees are $500/ yearly (not included)
